In this role, he leads the worldwide delivery of Phenom's capabilities through client and partner services, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction. He also oversees the corporate development and merger and acquisition activities for Phenom, driving growth and innovation. Previously, he held multiple leadership positions at Phenom, where he was instrumental in building strategic partnerships, enhancing product maturity, expanding channel sales, and creating ISV developer experiences. He also has a strong background in Microsoft HR technology, where he was a digital transformation evangelist and a director for over 13 years, leading cutting-edge solutions and best practices for talent acquisition and management.
