I bring 33 years of experience in Information Technology and have a diverse background in enterprise computing, security, and telecommunications. As an IT leader, I have overseen multiple departments with 60+ employees responsible for security, enterprise computing and engineering, infrastructure, telecommunications, user support, software development, teaching and learning, and web development. As a servant leader, my primary focus is on technology innovation, simplifying business processes through creating efficiencies, sustaining operations and security. Throughout my years, I oversaw implementation of enterprise high speed networks, expansive wireless infrastructure, multi-level security systems, telecommunications systems, revamped enterprise reporting and analysis, MFA, CRMs, and ERPs. In addition, I was charged with implementing a 300 person call center from scratch in under 6 months supporting 100K weekly outbound calls.
