Steering the digital transformation for Nestlé's HR, my leadership has been pivotal in managing our global HR technology roadmap, impacting over 275,000 employees. The successful implementation of an agile, cloud-based HR ecosystem stands as a testament to our team's commitment to innovation and operational excellence. We've cultivated a culture that thrives on product management methodologies and IT advancements to propel Nestlé forward.

Our team's expertise in cloud HR Technology and ERP systems has been instrumental in driving large-scale HR transformations. By championing IT solutions that enhance workforce enablement and productivity, we've bolstered Nestlé's position as a frontrunner in consumer packaged goods. My role extends beyond technology deployment to nurturing an IT landscape that aligns with Nestlé's strategic objectives, ensuring our global workforce remains agile and well-supported.

Over the last years I also joined multiple Customer Advisory Boards and was an active board member of the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce (LA Chapter). These roles helped me to extend my perspective beyond Nestlé and gain industry insights.
