Known for leading large-scale digital transformation and process improvements, he consistently delivers significant business value through innovative solutions and operational excellence.
Before his current appointment, Cronin held leadership positions at renowned organizations, including Marriott International, Allstate Insurance Company and ZF Automotive Group. He successfully steered engineering teams to optimize costs, implement automation and foster innovation, contributing to measurable organizational outcomes and efficiency. His expertise spans strategy, execution, continuous improvement and governance, underscored by a keen focus on delivering technology-driven results.
Cronin earned his Bachelor of Applied Science from Arizona State University's school of engineering, and he currently resides with his wife, Molly, in Yukon, Okla.
